About Kobal

Kobal is AI for support operations. It sits on top of the helpdesk a company already uses, reads every ticket as it arrives, joins it to the account behind it and keeps one list of what needs attention, most expensive first. The team always knows what is broken, who is at risk and what to do about it.

What Kobal does

  • Reads every ticket as it arrives and adds category, urgency, sentiment, language and churn signal, so nobody tags tickets by hand.
  • Watches the queue and warns the team first, in Slack or email, when complaints jump or a customer’s mood turns.
  • Hands recurring problems to the team that owns them, with ticket examples and the affected accounts attached, and follows up.
  • Writes the weekly support report and sends each team the part that belongs to them: issues for product, volume for operations, risk for leadership.
  • Answers questions about support in plain language, with every answer linked to the tickets behind it.

Who it is for

Kobal serves whoever owns support decisions: a Head of Support where the role exists, a support manager or senior agent in a growing team, or the founder in the smallest companies. It works for consumer platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce businesses and B2B SaaS companies.

How Kobal acts

Every kind of action is off, waits for your yes, or runs on its own, and people choose which. Kobal can suggest giving an action more room when its record earns it, but it never raises its own autonomy. Every claim it makes links to the tickets and accounts behind it, and when the data can’t back a number, Kobal says so instead of guessing.

What Kobal is not

  • Not a helpdesk: tickets are still answered where they are today.
  • Not a migration: you keep the helpdesk you already use.
  • Not a bot that answers your customers.
