Support monitoring that knows when to stay quiet

Kobal checks your queue around the clock against what normal looks like for you, and speaks up only when something crosses the line. One alert per problem, sent to the right people, with the tickets attached.

A day with Kobal watching

One Tuesday in your billing queue, from the first check to the next morning.

08:00–14:00 · Tuesday

A rule decides. Kobal explains.

Every part of your queue is checked on its own clock, against a normal range worked out from your tickets. Kobal only writes an alert when a rule is crossed, so each one starts from a fact you can check, not a guess.

The proof is inside the alert

Each alert carries what you need to decide, so nobody goes digging first.

  1. What changedThe count, its normal range and the moment it left it.
  2. Why it firedThe exact rule it crossed, written so anyone can check it.
  3. What’s behind itThe real tickets and accounts, in your customers’ own words.

Watch only what you own

Point each monitor at a topic, a customer group, named accounts or a language, and set how big a change counts. If nothing in your patch moves, you hear nothing.

20:00–07:00 · Tuesday night

The right channel, at the right time

Each alert goes to the channel or person you choose, with the count, the rule and the real tickets inside. Quiet hours and an hourly cap decide when your team gets interrupted, so one bad night can’t bury your channel.

One problem, one alert

A spike that lasts three days gets checked a few hundred times. Kobal adds each new ticket to the alert you already have, so your channel still makes sense by Thursday.

  • Nothing crossed a ruleKobal says nothing.
  • The same problem againThe open alert gets the new tickets.
  • Too many at onceThe extras wait in a list, not in your channel.

When you need the why, it hands off

Monitoring tells you what changed and how big it is. One click opens an investigation with the same tickets attached, and it works out why.

Runs in the background

  • What changed. Billing contacts rose above the normal range: 18 tickets, 6 accounts.
  • Why it surfaced. Above this workspace's 14-day normal range.

Investigation Agent

Starts from an alert

  • Likely cause. Card declines after the Sep 12 gateway change.
  • Impact. Six Enterprise renewals this week.
  • Next step. Ask Billing to confirm the error codes.

Built to be checked

Kobal shows why every alert exists, so you never have to take its word for it.

  • You can always see why it fired.Every alert shows the rule it crossed and the normal range behind it. The AI writes the explanation; it never decides what counts.
  • Says what it can’t see.Kobal watches the tickets it has read and tells you what changed, not why. Account value and renewals only appear when your CRM is connected.
  • Your rules stay yours.Kobal never widens what it watches or moves a threshold on its own. It suggests a next step; you decide.
