Reports & Briefings

The Monday report, without the Sunday night

Every Monday morning, Kobal writes what changed in support and sends each team its own version, in Slack, by email or in Notion. Every figure opens the tickets it came from, so you can forward it as it is.

It ends with a decision

Each report tells the week in order: what changed, the problems behind it, who they reached and what was done about them. It ends with the two or three decisions it needs from people, so your Monday meeting starts there.

How a hand-off waits for your yesHow Kobal checks whether a fix worked

It asks, it doesn’t act. The decisions wait for the people they’re for, and a hand-off only goes out when you say yes.

Ready for the one who checks

Every figure in a report opens the tickets it was counted from, and every account shows where its plan and renewal came from. So the report you forward holds up when someone asks where a number came from.

A gap, not a guess. When a figure needs a tool you haven’t connected, like billing for who’s been refunded, the report names the tool and leaves the figure out.

No login to read it

Kobal sends each team its own version of the week, in the Slack channel, inbox or Notion page it already reads, with a read-only link you can forward. Nobody needs a Kobal account to read it, your VP included.

  • Product and engineeringIn their Slack channel: the problems behind the tickets, with examples, and what customers keep asking for.
  • OperationsIn Notion: volume, the queue and the week ahead.
  • LeadershipIn their inbox: accounts at risk, renewals coming up and the decisions that matter.

One report, nothing else. The link opens that report and none of your workspace, and you can switch it off or let it expire.

Schedule it once

Kobal proposes who gets which report from your categories, and you choose when and where each one lands. From then on each goes out on time without asking again, because the schedule was your yes.

How the weekly run worksWhat waits for your yes

Rather read it first? The monthly leadership report and the board update wait for your yes, and you can set scheduled reports to wait too.
