Know which accounts are slipping, and why
Kobal reads everyone at a company who writes to your team as one account, and shows which way the relationship is heading. The accounts that need you come first, each with the reasons behind it.
Five people, one account
The finance lead, the admin and the new hire all write to you from the same company. Kobal reads them as one account, so you see the whole company’s history, not five people who each look fine.
The helpdesks and CRMs Kobal reads
The accounts you already know. Kobal groups people by the organisations in your helpdesk and the companies in your CRM.
Reasons, not a score
Kobal reads how an account has changed over weeks: sentiment sliding, urgent tickets, a problem that keeps coming back, a silence after a bad exchange. You get those reasons, each with its tickets, not a number to take on trust.
- Over monthsThe account’s history, not its latest ticket.
- Quiet countsGoing silent after a bad exchange is a reason, not a relief.
- Repeats countA problem closed twice and back again isn’t solved.
You can overrule it. Mark an account’s risk wrong and say why, and your reason stays on its record.

Closed on 18 July and 22 August. Back on 3 September.
“This is the third time we’ve reported this.”
Then no word from Acme until Friday night.
22 Aug, 3 Sep, Fri 23:40, Sat 08:02, Sat 09:14: each one lower than the last.
Two of them still open: #8421 and #8398.
Know what’s due before you call
Each account shows what’s ahead of it: the renewal, the plan and what it’s worth where your CRM holds them, and any promise your team made that’s still open. You go into the call knowing what’s due, and when.
Nothing guessed. Plan, renewal and value come from your CRM and say so. Where it doesn’t hold one, the space stays blank.
The owner hears it first
Kobal knows who owns each account and gets a note ready for them, with the reasons and the tickets attached. Say yes, and they hear it from support before they hear it from the customer.
How your yes worksWhy the double charge happened
It never writes to your customer. A recovery message stays a draft until someone on your team sends it.
